If you have Lowes Reward membership, you can have up to 6 bags of mulch or 11 bags of garden soil shipped to you for $2.99. Adding one more bag of either will make shipping jumped to $69. However, if you add a Lowe's 5-gallon bucket to the shopping cart, shipping will be free no matter how many bags of mulch and garden soil you add to the shopping cart.
