Sleep score and sleep apnea detection round out the overnight monitoring. Up to 24 hours battery life with fast charge: 15 minutes gets you 8 hours of use. The band situation is worth noting — Series 11 uses a new band connector, so older Apple Watch bands aren't compatible.
